AURANGABAD, JUNE 27 . A local court has issued a non-bailable warrant against the former Maharashtra Chief Minister, A.R. Antulay, allegedly for his repeated failure to appear before it in connection with a case filed by the district authorities for an alleged violation of the election code of conduct in 1999. The court had issued directives to the Pachod police station to act on the warrant dated June 14, 2004, a copy of which was received by police on June 25, the police sources told UNI today.
