CHENNAI, JUNE 27. Messrs N. Srinivasan and C.R. Vijayaraghavan were re-elected President and Secretary respectively, for the period 2004-05, in the 74th Annual General Meeting of the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association held on Sunday. All the office-bearers were elected unopposed. The previous instance when all the office-bearers were elected in this manner was in 1984-85.
President: N. Srinivasan; Vice-Presidents: K.V. Aiyappan, W.R. Gardner (Nilgiris), V.A. Parthasarathy, U. Prabhakar Rao, J. Sam Babu (Dindigul), and Victor Fernandez; Secretary: C.R. Vijayaraghavan.
Joint Secretary: S.E. Sankar Rao; Asst. Secretary: K.S. Viswanathan; Treasurer: S. Ganesan.
Executive Committee: City: V.P. Narasimhan (Alwarpet), R.V. Radhakrishnan (Book Sellers), K.A. Shankar (Eagle), R.I. Palani (Egmore Club), P.S. Raman (Grove), K.L. Balajee (SICAL), K. Murali (T. Srinivasaraghavan Memorial), D. Sivanandam (TI Cycles) & Dr. G. Natarajan (Varsity Occasionals).

The proposal to not allow outstation players from participating in the TNCA league from the 2005-06 season was unanimously adopted at the General Body meeting.
The first division season will commence on July 2.
