Irfan, Sharon win titles

CHENNAI, JUNE 27. Irfan Hussein defeated top-seed Mohit Mayur 7-6(2), 6-3 in the boys' under-12 section of the FISCHER TNTA State-ranking tennis tournament at the CLRI courts here on Saturday.

Top-seed Sharon S. Paul won the girls' under-12 title with a 7-5, 6-2 win over Nikhila Krishnan.
