Aftek buys German search engine

MUMBAI, JUNE 28. Aftek Infosys' German entity, Arexera Information Technologies GmbH, has acquired 56 per cent stake in Seekport Internet Technologies GmbH for an undisclosed sum. The acquired company is an operator and marketer of Seekport, a German language search engine, and is into both business-to-businees (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) operations, Aftek Infosys Chairman and Managing Director, Ranjit Dhuru, said here.
