NEW DELHI, JUNE 28. The Centre's emissary for Naga peace talks, K. Padmanabhaiah, will meet the leadership of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland (Isak-Muivah) soon for yet another round of dialogue. Mr. Padmanabhaiah, a former Union Home Secretary, had met the NSCN (I-M) leaders, Isak Chisi Swu and T. Muivah, in Amsterdam last week and described his meeting with them as ``good.'' He met the Union Home Minister, Shivraj Patil, today and briefed him about his meeting with them. He also submitted a report to the Home Minister. It was the first meeting of Mr. Padmanabhaiah with the NSCN (I-M) leaders after the Manmohan Singh Government assumed office last month. The Home Minister too has indicated the Government's willingness to continue with the peace talks and the ceasefire agreement with the Naga insurgent outfit that has held good since August 1997.
