NEW DELHI, JUNE 28. On the historic occasion of the 50th anniversary of Panchsheel, the External Affairs Minister, Natwar Singh, today expressed India's resolve to address all outstanding issues with China in a fair, reasonable and mutually acceptable manner. ``We shall carry forward the process of discussion to resolve the boundary question from the political perspective of our bilateral relations," Mr. Singh said at a function to mark the release of the Special Cover on the Golden Jubilee of Panchsheel.
