NEW DELHI, JUNE 28. Street children in the Capital will get a chance to exhibit their talent at a special show to be organised by Childhood Enhancement Through Training and Action (CHETNA), an organisation working for street children. The show entitled "Bharat Ko Hame Sunna Hoga'' will be organised at the mini auditorium of the Deepalaya School at 5 p.m on June 30. "The team at CHETNA observed that there are many talented street children who are deprived of a platform to present their talent, so this event would not only provide them with a platform but would also inspire them to move forward and enjoy appreciation by the public. The aim is to bring to the forefront the talented street and working children. The children would present their talent in the field of dancing, singing, mono-acting and other activities. This show would provide a common platform for all the children from different localities. This show would be an exciting event for all,'' said the director of CHETNA, Sanjay Gupta. Children from 15 different organisations working with street and working children across the Capital would participate in the show. Said Sanjay Gupta: "These children from the unprivileged sections of the society do not have any exposure to develop their talent. Many of them are very talented and have learnt everything on the streets. But they are not noticed"
