One dead after consuming liquor

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, JUNE 28. One person of a group which consumed liquor together on Friday, at Valiathura, was found dead at his house this morning.

According to the police, three others in the group have been hospitalised.

While Dasan (47) was found dead at his residence, Kochumon, Vadivel and Suresh alias Ambili were hospitalised.

Kochumon who was admitted to the Eye Hospital here, has lost vision partially in both eyes, the police said.

The police are yet to confirm whether the death of Dasan and the partial blindness of Kochumon were caused by the consumption of spurious liquor.
