NIIT Technologies to be listed in Sept.

NEW DELHI: NIIT Technologies, the software solutions arm of NIIT, will be listed on the stock markets in September with the group issuing 75 shares of NIIT Technologies and 50 shares of the demerged NIIT for every 100 shares held in NIIT. After NIIT Technologies is formally listed, more than 60,000 shareholders of the parent company will get 50 shares of the demerged NIIT and 75 shares of NIIT Technologies for every 100 shares held in NIIT.
