Electricity Board offices shifted

CHENNAI, JUNE 29. The Tamil Nadu Electricity Board offices of Ambattur North section and Assistant Engineer, Operation and Maintenance, at Kamaraj Nagar have been shifted. The offices will start functioning from the new premises from Thursday.

The Ambattur North section office along with fuse off call centre and collection centre hitherto functioning at a private building at 31, Oragadam Road, Venkatapuram, has been shifted to Menambedu 33/11KV sub-station complex.

Consumers of Chandrasekarapuram, Menambedu, Gnanamoorthy Nagar, Karukku, Kallikuppam, Pudur, Banu Nagar, Balaji Nagar, Muthamil Nagar, Gangai Nagar, Indra Nagar and Thirumalai Priya Nagar can pay their collection centre charges at the new venue.

Similarly, the Assistant Engineer's office and collection centre at Kamaraj Nagar now at 27, Gandhi Nagar, Kamaraj Nagar, Avadi has been moved to 10, Senthilsamy Street, Nandanamettur, Kamaraj Nagar, Avadi. Consumers belonging to Kamaraj Nagar, Kumaran Nagar, Ayyappa Nagar, Srinivasa Nagar, Ananda Nagar, Periyar Nagar, Sri Devi Nagar, Lazar Nagar, J.B.Estate, Saraswathy Nagar, Vivekananda Nagar, Murthy Nagar, Raj Bai Nagar, Govanthanagiri, Paruthipet, Melpakkam village and Kannapalayam village can pay their bills at the new venue.
