Continuous Computing's new centre
BANGALORE: Continuous Computing Corporation, a San Diego, California based maker of middleware and SPARC based compact PCIs, has opened a development centre here. Ken Kalb, the company's chief executive officer said, Continuous would spend some $3 million in three years, on the company's Indian operations. The company would focus on building "high availability network service-ready platform solutions for telecom equipment manufacturers," a release said. Mujahid Alam, country manager for Mistral Solutions, which distributes Continuous' products, said the telecom market in India was reaching new heights in software excellence with a thrust on wireless and voice over Internet protocol applications such as push to talk and instant messaging.
