PALAKKAD, JULY 1. The Railway Protection Force (RPF) under the Palakkad Railway Division will be providing armed escort to 32 pairs of night trains running through the division from today. The Divisional Security Commissioner of the RPF, T.S. Raju, said that each night train would be given four armed RPF personnel as escort. Earlier, there were only two armed personnel on selected night trains.
