GUWAHATI, JULY 1. The Assam Government has extended for one more year the ceasefire with the Adivasi Cobra Militant Force (ACMF) from today, an official notification said. The decision followed the Government's discussion with the chairman and `commander-in-chief' of the Cobra force, it said. The Government had earlier declared ceasefire with the outfit to bring about peace in the Adivasi-dominated lower Assam. PTI
