The results (first round): Railways bt Power 3.5-0.5; Urban Development lost to Defence 0-4; Communication bt Agriculture 3-1; Lok Sabha bt I&B 3-1; Commerce and Industries bt UPSC 3-1; Statistics and Programme Implementation (2) bye.
