Chandrasekar to continue as selection panel chief

CHENNAI, JULY 3. V.B. Chandrasekar will continue as chairman of the senior State selection committee, for the 2004-05 season. P.C. Prakash, M. Senthilnathan and M. Venkataramana (Districts) are the other members. B. Arun is again the coach of the Ranji Trophy team.

The Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) President, N. Srinivasan, presented a memento to P.B. Vijayaraghavan, founder partner of M/s. P.B. Vijayaraghavan & Co., during the AGM last week on the occasion of the firm's re-election as the auditors of the Association for the 50th year.

League sub-committee: J.V.K. Sridharan (chairman), M. Sukumaran, G.A. Pratap Kumar, K. Sriram and S.M. Raju.

Umpires sub-committee: R. Radhakrishnan (chairman), V.N. Kumaraswamy, S. Ravi, V. Gururajan, S. Ramji, S. Lakshmanan (Madurai) and P.V. Srinivasan (Kancheepuram).
