TIRUCHI, JULY 3. The Tamil Nadu Electricity Board has introduced an automatic information voice recording system (IVRS) to enable the public to tender complaints or information regarding energy thefts, according to a release from the Superintending Engineer, TNEB, Tiruchi metro. The recording system can be accessed from Tiruchi, Perambalur and Karur districts over the telephone number 0431-2422166 to register the information. Persons providing valuable information are entitled to a cash reward from the TNEB. The public can also inform the Assistant Executive Engineer, Enforcement, Vigilance Cell of the TNEB at Mannarpuram in Tiruchi or over the mobile phone at 94431-53111.
