Mani, Speed to meet BCCI panel
MUMBAI,
JULY 5.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) President, Ehsan Mani and CEO, Malcolm Speed, will be in New Delhi on July 18 to meet the members of the Working Committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
After the ICC's Managing Committee meeting in Mumbai last October, Mr. Mani and Mr. Speed visited Sri Lanka, Australia, West Indies and South Africa to interact with committee members of the respective Boards.
The ICC initiative is essentially meant to get a better understanding and to establish a rapport with larger section of administrators of the Test playing nations. The Board will host a dinner for the ICC officials on July 19.
The Board's Finance, Marketing and C. K. Nayudu Committees will meet in New Delhi on July 17. The Umpires and Junior Committee meetings will be held in Mumbai on July 12 and 13. Our Special Correspondent
