City Union Bank to pay 60 p.c

MUMBAI: City Union Bank has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the Reserve Bank of India has accorded its approval for payment of dividend at 60 per cent for 2003-04 against 70 per cent recommended by the bank's board. The 60 per cent dividend will be paid as 40 per cent regular dividend and 20 per cent special dividend for the centenary year. — Our Bureau
