KOZHIKODE, JULY 5. The on-campus on-line counselling for admission to B.Tech\B.Arch\B.Pharm courses through the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) would be conducted from July 7 to 17 at the National Institute of Technology, Calicut (NIT-C). According to a release by R.Sreedharan, chairman admissions, NIT-C, candidate should be present in person for counselling. The counselling venue would be the Lecture Hall Complex, NITC. The timing of counselling would be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on all days from July 7 to 17. The candidates should submit the original certificates, including the admit card of AIEEE, All India Rank (AIR) card, SSLC or equivalent as proof of date of birth, certificate and mark-list of qualifying exam, community certificate for SC\ST candidates, medical certificate for physically handicapped, four passport size photographs, passport for candidates qualified from abroad and proof of place of exam centre of the final exam from the National Open School for candidates having Senior Secondary Certificate. Only originals would be accepted and photocopies\certificates regarding submission of originals in another institution or lost in transit would not be accepted. Separate demand drafts of Rs. 5,000 (Rs. 2,000 for SC\ST) in favour of the Central Counselling Board, New Delhi, payable in New Delhi for each programme (B.Tech\B.Arch\B.Pharm) should be submitted. Cash or cheques would not be accepted in this case.
