Hearing adjourned

MUMBAI, JULY 5. The hearing in the Best Bakery case was today adjourned till July 19 as the issue of appointing public prosecutors to conduct the proceedings is yet to be resolved. The Additional Sessions Judge, Abhay Thipsay, said in an order that since counsel for one of the witnesses had approached the Supreme Court on the issue seeking clarification, the hearing was being adjourned. — UNI
