NEW DELHI, JULY 5. Economist Montek Singh Ahluwalia today took charge as the Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission. Addressing a press conference, he alleged that the previous NDA Government had neglected agriculture and infrastructure sectors which had resulted in less than six per cent average annual growth rate in last 5-6 years. — PTI
