NEW DELHI, JULY 5. With the spectre of a boycott by the BJP-led Opposition on the issue of `tainted' Ministers staring at him, the Railway Minister, Laloo Prasad Yadav, will present his maiden budget in the Lok Sabha at noon tomorrow. However, Mr. Prasad, who has given the finishing touches to the United Progressive Alliance's first Railway Budget, is prepared for all eventualities. "I will present it on July 6 whether somebody listens or not. Through Parliament, I will inform and address the Indian public. I don't care... ," was his response on the eve of the Railway Budget when his attention was drawn to the NDA's plans to boycott and possibly disrupt the proceedings.
