The 8th International Children's Congress has appealed to nations to ensure the right to full citizenship of children with disabilities in all aspects of community life such as health services, education and child care and recreation programmes. The meet held in Stavanger University College, Norway, from June 14 to 18, focussed on `including children with disabilities in the community'. A three-member team from Chennai represented the country at the congress. The team, led by Annie Shyam, Director, Spastic Society of Tamil Nadu (SPASTN), comprised Salma Salahuddin, principal, Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed College for Women, and K.
