Discovery Fund from Prudential ICICI
MUMBAINEW DELHI,
JULY 7.JULY 7.
Prudential ICICI AMC today announced the launch of Discovery Fund, an open-ended scheme, which "will invest in companies that are available at a discount to their intrinsic value. The initial public offer (IPO) is from July 9 to July 23. The offer price is Rs. 10 per unit during the IPO period and thereafter at the applicable net asset value.

The Chennai-based Teledata Informatics today said that it would acquire 21.14 per cent equity stake in Teledata Marine Systems Pte. Ltd (TMSPL) funded by the Economic Development Board of Singapore. The Economic Development Board of Singapore will hold 8.57 per cent equity stake in Teledata Marine Systems.
Software and services company Teledata Informatics has activities in three core areas: the marine, educational and IT services divisions. — UNI
