300 urologists for major conference

VIJAYAWADA,
JULY 8.
Over 300 urologists from the Southern States will converge in the city for the three-day 15th annual conference of the South Zone and Urological Society of India, which would commence from Friday.
The conference christened "SZ-USICON 2004'' is being co-hosted by the Andhra Pradesh Society for Genito Urinary Surgeons (APSGUS), Society of Urology and Nephrology (SUN) and the Urological Society of India (USI).
The deliberations would focus on the recent medical advances in the field of urology for removal of urinary stones, kidney transplantations, endoscopic surgeries and other complicated urological treatment, the conference's organising secretary, K. Prashanth Kumar, told The Hindu here on Thursday.
