BELGAUM, JULY 8. A seminar on "Union Budget 2004-05" has been organised by the People's Education Society and Trust's Belgaum Institute of Management Studies at the convention hall of Shaik Medical College in Nehru Nagar at 6.30 p.m. on Saturday. A press release said several scholars, tax consultants, entrepreneurs connected with small and large-scale industries, and representatives of the Belgaum Chamber of Commerce and Industry would participate in the seminar.
