WIL becomes Radico's subsidiary

MUMBAI, JULY 8. Radico Khaitan (RKL) has acquired 51 per cent stake of American Beverages (Mauritius) Ltd (ABML) in Whytehall India Ltd (WIL), a joint venture between RKL nd ABML. American Beverages is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bacardi International Ltd (BIL), Bermuda. By this acquisition, WIL has become a subsidiary of RKL. — Our Bureau
