Kale rebrands Cognosys

MUMBAI, JULY 8. Kale Consultants Ltd has announced the completion of the acquisition of Cognosys Software Pvt. Ltd. and re-branded Cognosys as Kale Travel Technology Division.

The division will provide technology-enabled business solutions to the travel industry and customised software solutions, the company said in a statement here today. — Our Bureau
