Mirwaiz not to take charge

SRINAGAR, JULY 8. The senior leader of the Hurriyat Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, said today that he would not take over as the interim chairman of the amalgam and would instead begin efforts to restore the constitutional shape of the conglomerate. — PTI
