LUCKNOW, JULY 9 .The Uttar Pradesh Government today transferred 20 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers, including two Inspectors General and two Deputy Inspector General. According to official sources, IG, Law and Order Brij Lal was made Director, Traffic while, IG, Railway, Lucknow, R.K. Tiwari would step into his position. DIG, CB-CID, Lucknow ,V.K. Verma was transferred as DIG Fire Services, at Lucknow while DIG ACO, Lucknow, Sujan Vir Singh was posted as DIG Chitrakoot Range.. Among other postings,SSP Agra Ashutosh Pandey was made the new SSP of Aligarh replacing V.K. Maurya who was sent to Azamgarh in the same capacity. SSP Azamgarh D.S. Chaudhry was transferred as SSP of Etawah removing Akhilesh Mehrotra who moves to Mainpuri in the place of R.K. Vishwakarma who gets appointed as the SSP of Agra. UNI
