Haryana poll panel launches website

CHANDIAGRH, JULY 9. The Haryana State Election Commissioner, T.D.Jogpal, today launched the website of the State Election Commission and released two `Election Reports' on the panchayat and municipal elections held in the State during 1994-2004.

Talking to mediapersons after the launching the website "www.secharyana.nic.in'', he said that it contained detailed information about the

relevant provisions of the panchayats and municipal election laws and rules made there under.

Copies of important orders issued by the Commission were available on the website besides the `Model Code of Conduct' and formats of all forms required under the panchayat and municipal election rules.
