CHANDIGARH, JULY 9. Five battalions of the Haryana State Industrial Security Force are being raised at a cost of Rs.42 crores to provide security to the entrepreneurs, their industrial units and corporate offices, according to the Haryana Director General of Police, M.S. Malik. Addressing the police officers of Rohtak Range at Sonepat, Dr.Malik asserted that peace and amity in the State would be ensured at any cost as the peaceful environment attracted more investment, resulting in more employment avenues and prosperity in the State. He directed the officers to chalk out plans for the proper deployment of force while group deployment at fairs and festivals would be provided on cost. He reiterated that all the police stations in the State were being computerised. He pointed out that all the police stations in the country would be linked with `Polnet' which would help in nabbing the criminals and solving the cases expeditiously.
