Stress on apolitical stir for Rayalaseema

By Our Staff Reporter

ANANTAPUR, JULY 11. The president of Rayalaseema Parirakshana Samithi, Bhooman, has cautioned people of the region not to allow the forces with vested interests to hijack the movement for safeguarding the interests of Rayalaseema and for a separate statehood for the region in the event of Telangana was given statehood.

Talking to newsmen here on Sunday, he opined that people of Rayalaseema too should seek for a separate State if the demand of Telangana people was conceded.

But, the movement should not go into the hands of politicians and factionists, who have their own agenda and they could not work without bias.
