Karvy to take over as HLL's Registrars

MUMBAI: Karvy Computershare Private Limited will be taking over as Hindustan Lever Limited's (HLL) Registrars and Transfer Agents effective July 16, as had been reported in HLL's report and accounts, 2003. HLL's Investor Services Department will handle the work related to the bonus debentures, till their final redemption in January 2005. All operations/ correspondence relating to HLL's share transfers and allied operations will now be handled by Karvy from its offices in Hyderabad.
