Hutch to invest Rs. 460 cr. in Punjab

CHANDIGARH: Hutchison Essar Telecom on Tuesday said it would invest Rs. 460 crores to roll out wireless facilities in Punjab. ``We have committed to investments worth Rs. 460 crores for the Punjab circle, to build the most advanced GSM network and offer not just basic mobile service but the widest range of multimedia mobile services as well,'' Hutchison Essar Managing Director, Asim Ghosh, said after launching cellular services here. — UNI
