Uttaranchal to resume Badrinath yatra

DEHRA DUN, JULY 13. The Uttaranchal Government has decided to resume the Badrinath yatra through the Vishnuprayag Hydel Project tunnel from July 18.

Announcing this here today, the Tourism Minister, Tejpal Singh Rawat, said technical advice had been sought and it had been decided to allow passage of light vehicles through the three km tunnel.
