Diamond, Coral clinch titles

HYDERABAD, JULY 13. Diamond House and Coral House emerged champions in boys and girls sections respectively in the inter-house basketball championship here on Tuesday.

Diamond House defeated Emerals 17-13 with Mohit (9) being the top-scorer. Earlier in the semifinals, Diamond edged out Sapphire 10-9, while Emerald House scored a comfortable 22-10 win against Coral.

In the girls final, Coral House got the better of Diamond House 14-11 with Niharika (8) and Rushika (6) being the main scorers. Earlier in the semifinals, Coral defeated Sapphire 12-2, while Diamond downed Emerald 16-6.
