One-hour parole for R.K. Sharma

NEW DELHI,
JULY 13.
A city court today granted one-hour custody-parole to the former Inspector-General of Prisons, Haryana, and prime accused in the Shivani Bhatnagar murder case, R.K. Sharma, to take part in `rasam pagri' of his mother who died on July 7.
The Additional Sessions Judge, Sunil Gaur, of the Karkardooma courts here, directed the Tihar Jail Superintendent to send the accused, in custody, to Panchkula in Haryana so that he could take part in the `rasam pagri' scheduled on July 16.
Mr. Gaur directed the Superintendent to allow Sharma to take part in the ceremony from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
