KOTTAYAM, JULY 14. A national seminar on `Women as an emerging social force through higher education' will be held at the B.K. College, Amalagiri. The three-day seminar, being sponsored by the University Grants Commission, will commence on July 19. The seminar would have sessions on women and social justice, economic independence, gender issues and also the emerging role of women in politics and community.
