House suspends rule

HYDERABAD, JULY 14. For facilitating the President, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's engagement in the Assembly on Wednesday, the House suspended Rule 312 of the proceedings which bars entry to non-members and prohibits use of the premises for other purposes.

The Legislative Affairs Minister, K. Rosaiah, moved the motion after question hour and it was approved by voice vote.
