HYDERABAD: State Bank of India (SBI), Hyderabad Circle, is organising a four-day `SBI Loan Maha Utsavam' here from July 16 to 19. According to S. K. Bhattachariya, Chief General Manager, Hyderabad, a similar event organised last year helped generate business of Rs. 130 crores, and this time they are targeting business of Rs. 150 crores. Through this event, the bank will offer housing loans, card and two-wheeler loans, education loans and mortgage loans. The target groups are salaried employees of Government, public sector, reputed private sector undertakings, besides businessmen and self-employed. While processing fee will be waived for the four days, interest rates will also be less by 0.25 per cent for house and car loans. Customers will be given in principle spot sanction of loans, and given three months time to identify the house or car as the case may be. Our Special Correspondent
