STMicroelectronics offers new devices
BANGALORE: STMicroelectronics, a global leader in developing and delivering semiconductor solutions, has completed its small page NAND flash memory roadmap with the introduction of 256-Mbit and 128-Mbit devices to provide cost-effective storage for a range of consumer products that require large amounts of low cost memory.
