THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, JULY 14. The Government proposes to bring out a `Malayala Mahanikhandu' to enable the understanding of the language, literat ure and culture in a better manner.

The Minister for Culture, G. Karthikeyan, said the preliminary work has been completed.
