Saujanya shines

NEW DELHI, JULY 14. Saujanya hit unbeaten 30 to fashion Andhra Pradesh's 10-wicket win against Jharkhand in the league match of the National sub-junior women's cricket championship here.

The scores: Jharkhand 51 in 16.5 overs lost to Andhra Pradesh 52 for no loss in 10.2 overs (Saujanya 30 n.o.)

Chhattisgarh 126 for four in 25 overs (Nehal Varu 55) lost to Punjab 127 for seven in 22.3 overs (Monika Mehra 25, Anuradha three for 36).

Vidarbha 78 for six in 25 overs (Pooja Singh three for 17) lost to Haryana 80 for one in 15.1 overs (S. Gill 25 n.o.).
