KANCHEEPURAM, JULY 14. Tata Teleservices has launched its Tata Indicom telephone services in Kancheepuram. Speaking at a function held after the inauguration of the services by the Kanchi Acharya, Sri Jayendra Saraswathi, here today, the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Tamil Nadu Circle, Madhusudan, said the number of places where the Indicom services were available in the State would be gradually increased from 14 to 145 before March 2005. The expansion plan was in line with the strategy to further penetrate the market in its existing circlesand to establish a nation-wide footprint.
