Sailajanath, Ch. Vamshi Krishna, P. Satyanarayana, Jalagam Venkat Rao, Nadendla Manohar and V. Purushottam Reddy. The meeting directed the MLAs to actively associate themselves with the PCC membership drive as the closing date for the task is July 30. The PCC president, D. Srinivas, could not attend the CLP meet due to indisposition. The meeting also heard a demand for filling of nominated posts to market, library and endowment committees at the earliest. Talking to reporters later, Mr. Puli Veeranna and other independent MLAs said they had attended the CLP meeting at the invitation of the PCC president whom they met on Wednesday night and the Chief Minister.
