CPI(M) seeks regularisation of bank staff services

HYDERABAD,
JULY 15.
Accusing Andhra Bank of keeping sub-staff employees on temporary employment for as long as 20 years and denying them any benefits, the CPI(M) has urged the bank to take immediate steps to regularise the services of such employees.
In a letter written to the CMD of Andhra Bank on Thursday, the CPI(M) State secretary B.V. Raghavulu, said that there were over 1,000 employees who still await regularisation and continue working on daily wages without any benefit.
