Junior doctors protest medical counselling
By Our Special Correspondent
HYDERABAD,
JULY 15.
Even as the counselling schedule for admission to MBBS and BDS courses was announced, the Andhra Pradesh Junior Doctors Association and other student's organisations held rallies in the City. They regretted that the process had started without the Government coming to a reasonable conclusion regarding irregularities in private colleges and the loss of 270 merit seats in Government medical colleges.
The APJUDA demanded scrapping of GOMs 184 and 185 on the ground that they served the interests of private college managements and removal of the Principal Secretary, Health, S. Bhale Rao, from his post.
