VISAKHAPATNAM, JULY 15. A number of noted academicians, jurists, advocates and jurists, will participate in a national seminar on intellectual property rights (IPR) here on July 17 and 18. The seminar on "intellectual property rights--new agenda for developing countries'', sponsored by the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development, is being organised by the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College of Law of Andhra University to discuss various aspects of the IPR which will have a bearing on future, according to the Principal of the college, R. Venkata Rao, here on Thursday.
