NEW DELHI, JULY 17. The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs has released a completely redesigned and user-friendlier update of its Internet site, http://travel.state.gov. The site has been enhanced with better appearances, usability, functionality and organisation to help visitors find information more quickly and accurately.
